When you send a booking request through the Check Availability form, we receive:

• your full name and phone number
• your email address, if you choose to give it
• the service you're interested in (or “Not sure yet”)
• your wedding or event date and an approximate preferred time
• your celebration city and venue, if you give them
• anything else you choose to write in the form

When you send a general question through the contact form, we receive your name, phone number, your email address if you give it, and your message.

We use this information to reply to you, check availability, and arrange and confirm bookings. We don't use it for advertising.

Requests are stored in the website's database and can be seen by the business through a password-protected admin area. Sending a request does not create a confirmed booking — see the Terms & Conditions.

If email notifications are set up for the website, the details of a new request are also emailed to the business so it can respond.

If a booking request is confirmed or declined and notifications are set up, you may receive a message about it by SMS (sent through the MSG91 SMS service) and, if you gave one, by email.

When you choose a service, date and time on the booking form, the website checks them against existing bookings to show whether the time appears to be available. It never shows anything about other people's bookings, and the check itself doesn't save your choices — only a request you actually send is saved.

To protect the booking form and admin sign-in from misuse (for example, many automated requests), the website briefly uses your IP address in a scrambled (hashed) form that is held only in the server's memory. It is not saved in the database and is discarded when the server restarts.

• A sign-in cookie used only when the site owner is signed in to the admin area.
• A short-lived cookie (about two minutes) set after you send an enquiry. It contains only the type of form and the service and city you selected — no personal details — and lets us count completed enquiries.
• Your analytics choice (“Allow analytics” or “No thanks”), remembered in your browser's local storage.
• Google Analytics cookies — only if analytics is enabled on this website, and only after you choose “Allow analytics”.

If analytics is enabled, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and whether enquiries are completed. It is only loaded after you choose “Allow analytics”. If you choose “No thanks”, it is not loaded.

You can change your choice at any time with the “Analytics preferences” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing your consent stops any further analytics data being sent from your browser.

We do not send your name, phone number, email address, venue, message, or your event date and time to Google Analytics — only general information such as the page visited and the service or city you looked at. Google processes analytics data under its own terms and privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a short message you can edit before sending. Anything you send on WhatsApp is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Phone calls are made through your own phone provider.

The admin area is password-protected, the live website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and every form is checked on the server. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect it.
